It is not a matter of semantics, your statement is simply wrong.
You COULD be a blogger, if you authored a blog. You COULD be a published WRITER if you sold something you wrote, say, to a magazine OR website.
You COULD be a publihed Author if you published something you wrote with some length..either electronically, or in print-book form; either through a publishing entity or SELF-published.
You're splitting hairs. I don't care about the fine points of this definition any more do I care what is a blog versus a forum, etc.
I care about the millions of current and former IBO/Distributors, losing hundreds of millions to tens of billions of dollars to a few lying cowardly "kingpins" over the course of several decades.
You decide these fine points for your own pleasure and amusement, I have MUCH bigger issues to address.
