Qblog Radio And Tex

I've spent a little time letting Tex have a platform to speak at this blog--by reposting things Tex says at various blogs, and of course Tex comments here at "his" blog.

But, maybe you wanna hear Tex speak in his own voice.

This interview is old, but take a listen. It's 40 minutes long and is hosted by Eric J, author of The Quixtar Blog and Qblog Radio.

There's mention in the interview of Tex having his own blog and Tex mentions he wants no part of that...maybe with this site, that's changed a bit.

Qblog And Tex

In the interview, Tex discusses the ranking of Quixtar Blog and how it's ranking is important to getting the message out.

As of this writing, a google search of "Tex" and "Quixtar Blog" reveals Tex's Blog as #1.

A google search of "quixtar blog" has "Tex's Blog" ranked on the first page.

Dave,

The "Eric the Great" (a comment on his ego) discussion pre-dated the corporate blogs.

I prefer the credibility of the corporate blogs over the soap opera-like blogs such as qblog.

I'm not going to the Czech Republic on A/Q's dime for what I've said on this blog or any other independent blog, I'm going there because of what I've written on the corporate blogs.

There's a big difference between being high on a search engine (popular) and causing change to happen (effective). I'm interested in the latter.

David Robison said...

I know you didn't like the "soap-opera" of Qblog..you mention that in the interview...but you did praise his rankings as a way for your message not to be lost...and your message at THIS blog is now on the front page of a search engine with just the "Quixtar Blog" keywords. Just like the corporate blogs.

That's an accomplishment; in just a little over a month's time.

Tex said...

Sure, it's an accomplishment. But in the context of corporate blogs and being directly involved with the Czech Communications event and other discussions, it isn't nearly as significant as it would be in the absence of these other factors.

Tex said...

Speaking of changes, here's a link to various federal court cases involving Quixtar:

Hey Tex or Dave,

Could you guys make a post about the Czech Communications event?

I have been laid up with the flu for 4 days and don't have the time to catch up on the W-5's of the whole thing.

Are you both going? What's it about? etc....

Good for you both though, either way.

Tex said...

rockette,

I already posted that information. I'm going, I think Dave is as well.

rocket said...

Yes, I know you've posted about it Tex. My thoughts were that it may be worthy of a post in itself.

You know, what you hope to see happen, what you plan to do to articulate your views, who you think will be there etc....

It has really gotten lost in a long list of posts.

That's all.

David Robison said...

Rocket,

I plan on posting an entry at On The Road With Dave AFTER I receive all the details.

Of course, Tex is free to email me with his individual details and speculation of the event's itenerary.

And I will also blog about the event either during the conference or after.

I don't want to speculate any further on my role at this conference until I hold the plane ticket in my hot little hand.

Dave

I did a google search on quixtar blog and QBlog is #1. Tex's blog came up on the second page.

tex said: I prefer the credibility of the corporate blogs over the soap opera-like blogs such as qblog.

Joe says: That's only because they haven't banned you. The only soap opera there was the red flag thread set up because of your presence.

Tex said...

rockette,

All of my posts are worthy of their own thread. Yes, I'm that good (that was for pcj).

My understanding is we will have a small roundtable discussion of bloggers, with the A/Q Communications and other folks as the audience, regarding our blogging experiences, why blogging is important, etc.

I've offered to discuss the conference with Dave on a conference call, and this is still an open invitation. I wouldn't mind others calling in to discuss various issues, either. Just give me a couple of days/times (with your time zone), and I'll give you the number to call. It's a "free" (no conference call charges, just whatever your long distance rates are) and anonymous call.

Tex said...

jc,

The "red flag" turned out to be a big nothing. Eric couldn't even give me a reason, he finally admitted he had no idea why he "banned" me (as if it had any real impact, there were plenty of other places to blog, especially with the new corporate blogs). I think this came up during the second call, he finally admitted one of his moderators said they were "uncomfortable" or something to that effect, so he turned around and "banned" me.

He's simply an insecure twit.

Porkchopjim said...

Yes, I'm that good (that was for pcj).

Just as good as you are in Amway.

The "red flag" turned out to be a big nothing.

Seeing as you wouldn't answer a simple question (common theme), they had no way of knowing.

he finally admitted he had no idea why he "banned" me

You were actually banned, not "banned."

Then you were banned again because you broke the rules. Just like Orrin! You're Amway training has served you well.

Tex said...

Just as good as you are in Amway. ---- Thanks, the plan is proceeding quite well, thank you very much.

Seeing as you wouldn't answer a simple question (common theme), they had no way of knowing. ---- The "simple question" was none of his business. Although I later found out he just wanted to see if I would say the correct answer. He's a "Get Smart" type of detective.

You were actually banned, not "banned." ---- I was banned from his site. The nature of the internet is you cannot be banned, only "banned", as I just popped up somewhere else. Plus, the issue was I couldn't speak the truth on his site, as it was being reduced to a soap opera and a waste of time. Just like you living is a waste of perfectly good oxygen. That's why it's silly to "ban" someone.

Then you were banned again because you broke the rules. Just like Orrin! You're Amway training has served you well. ---- I got tired of the soap opera and intentionally pushed the envelope to get "banned" again, just like I do on all the other inferior sites. I drove jc so crazy he had to shut down his previous site and go to a new one, because he didn't have the ability to "ban" me from the first one. Orrin lost a lot more money with his ban than I did with my "ban". Amway training doesn't teach you to submit to a tool scam, but lying cowardly "kingpin" training does attempt to hide the tool scam.

Porkchopjim said...

You were actually banned, not "banned." ---- I was banned from his site.

Oh, I was right again.

Although I later found out he just wanted to see if I would say the correct answer.

We all found out. It's just you can't seem to say the correct answer, ever.

Plus, the issue was I couldn't speak the truth on his site, as it was being reduced to a soap opera and a waste of time.

Soap opera waste of time is your common effect on sites.

Just like you living is a waste of perfectly good oxygen.

When you become qualified to judge me in any capacity, I might consider that an insult. Until then, I'll just chalk it up to ineffective and immature defensive posturing by Tex.

That's why it's silly to "ban" someone.

You're not someone. You're no one. Banning you seems to be good practice and avoids clogging up threads with your idiocy.

I drove jc so crazy he had to shut down his previous site and go to a new one, because he didn't have the ability to "ban" me from the first one.

Delusions of grandeur. Let's ask JC if that's correct...seeing as he initially didn't ban you from the new site to start out with. If what you said was true, you'd have already been banned. You still get to post there. So, that's a lie.

Orrin lost a lot more money with his ban than I did with my "ban".

You don't have any money to lose, so what's your point? You're more effective at getting banned because you're a no one with nothing to lose?

Tex: voted most likely to be a no one with nothing to lose. He didn't disappoint!

Amway training doesn't teach you to submit to a tool scam,

There was no such thing as 'Amway training' other than product demonstrations so you'd buy more.

...but lying cowardly "kingpin" training does attempt to hide the tool scam.

EXCELLENT!!!! And what kind of training was on those 10,000 tapes you bought for $2,000, to add to your existing collection of hundreds (at a much steeper price)?

Kingpin training. Tool scam training. Not Amway or 'business' training at all.

I've been waiting for you to finally slip and admit that for months.

Tex said...

Oh, I was right again. ---- Only in your own mind.

We all found out. It's just you can't seem to say the correct answer, ever. ---- He didn't have the authority to be told the personal information he asked for.

Soap opera waste of time is your common effect on sites. ---- It's a soap opera now, and I haven't been posting for months.

When you become qualified to judge me in any capacity, I might consider that an insult. Until then, I'll just chalk it up to ineffective and immature defensive posturing by Tex. ---- It's not an insult, just a statement of fact.

You're not someone. You're no one. Banning you seems to be good practice and avoids clogging up threads with your idiocy. ---- This "no one" is being paid to take his "idiocy" to an international conference, so when hell freezes over, you will become qualified to judge me in any capacity, and I might consider that an insult.

Delusions of grandeur. Let's ask JC if that's correct...seeing as he initially didn't ban you from the new site to start out with. If what you said was true, you'd have already been banned. You still get to post there. So, that's a lie. ---- Go ahead, ask him. There were conversations from others on his site and I believe qblog to that effect. Currently, my comments are "approved" by jc on his new site.

You don't have any money to lose, so what's your point? You're more effective at getting banned because you're a no one with nothing to lose? ---- I've got plenty of money to lose, just like millions of other IBO's have lost and are still losing plenty of money to the tool scam.

Tex: voted most likely to be a no one with nothing to lose. He didn't disappoint! ---- That may be your vote, but it's a lonely and incorrect vote.

There was no such thing as 'Amway training' other than product demonstrations so you'd buy more. ---- Wow, a company demonstrating product quality so they can produce more volume. You better jump on that little scam, pcj.

EXCELLENT!!!! And what kind of training was on those 10,000 tapes you bought for $2,000, to add to your existing collection of hundreds (at a much steeper price)? ---- With the knowledge of the tool scam, very good training.

Kingpin training. Tool scam training. Not Amway or 'business' training at all. ---- There's plenty of Amway and business training on the tapes/CD's.

I've been waiting for you to finally slip and admit that for months. ---- Sorry to ruin your day....not really.

Now tex is a liar. The first time, you were banned for being a pompous ass. The second time, tex was banned for breaking forum rules. He was allowed reinstatement from the first ban after participating in a podcast but broke forum rules and then got banned for a second time.

Tex said...

Now tex is a liar. The first time, you were banned for being a pompous ass. ---- I guess I didn't catch the "pompous ass" rule. Can you find it for me? If true, there should be several others who should be "banned" from qblog.

The second time, tex was banned for breaking forum rules. He was allowed reinstatement from the first ban after participating in a podcast but broke forum rules and then got banned for a second time. ---- Again, which rules did I break? The only one I got close to was using more than a single ID, but since my first one was banned from the site, I wasn't technically using two when I started using the other one. Besides, I didn't care if I was breaking rules at this point, so it didn't even matter to me.

Bottom line, I don't even CARE that I was "banned", that site is a soap opera. In fact, it was a good thing, it kept me from spending time responding to idiots like YOU, jc.

jc, you're the one who lied about not being the same jc on the wsg site, until it was proven you are the same person. LIAR.

Hi Eric (aka QBlog),

No thanks. I don't respond well to broad, "red flag" accusations.

Haven't you been reading your own blog and forum, and how closely you are acting like the lying cowardly "kingpins", with your half-truths, non-responses, and mysterious accusations?

I consider it an honor to be banned from such an environment.

Have a good life.

By the way tex, nice strategy.

Call me a liar to defend the FACT that you ARE A LIAR.

That's like saying your job is like a pyramid because your boss makes more than you.

Here's the part where tex is a pompous ass, not to mention threatening Qblog:

QBlog,

Nice catch, but not before several people saw the note. This is as easy as it is going to get for you. Better come clean and explain why you banned me, or be prepared to keep a VERY close eye on your site 24/7. There will be more and more folks wondering about how you can promote the first amendment and then trample all over it. For example, here's a note I sent to willy, my response is in italics:

Regards,

"Tex", aka "Steve", aka "q942", aka "Scott", aka "???"

jc,

I showed how I wasn't a liar, but you are a known liar.

You didn't prove a thing about me.

Perhaps I should show more of your wsg postings, so people can know the real you.

Joe says: Yes, I could not ban him but I deleted all his lame comments. Now, I just moderate the comments so either tex complies or his comments never get posted.

It was never my goal to ban users, but tex never respected the rules and insulted others. Heck, tex even spams up his own blog here/

Tex said...

There you go, pcj. Just as I said.

Of course, jc doesn't mention the fact others insult me before I insult them. That's because he's a proven liar.

Um - no, that's what I said. Now you're just lying again. JC didn't ban you, and he didn't change sites because he couldn't ban you. He now only moderates you - which is what you require to be allowed to be posted anywhere.

Tex said...

Being moderated by jc is close enough to being "banned". He hasn't posted several of my posts that pointed out errors, mostly his errors.

Tex, you are a liar. The reason I abandoned Lavanet is because I was unable to logon and montitor the site against spammers and abusive posters like yourself.

I didn't even ban you from my new website until you started posting crap unrelated to quixtar.

You also continuosly insult others. You lie about other people insulting you first.

I really wish you would maintain your own blog and be able to see what it's like. You probably would ban yourself or people like yourself if you had to do the work.

Tex said...

As I stated above, having my posts approved by you is close enough to being "banned".

Which posts did I make unrelated to Quixtar, the ones about wsg that proved you're a liar?

I insult those who insult me first. I do it continuously until and unless they apologize. However, I don't lie about them.

I know enough what it's like to maintain a blog, that's part of the reason why I'm not interested in the first place.

By that TexLogic, you've been "banned" from the Amway corp. blogs, too.

You're even "banned" here.

Tex said...

By that pcj-illogic, rocks can fly. jc doesn't moderate either of the other blogs you mentioned.

You've been reduced to making things up about me ever since I started pointing out that you are a kook. Oh, and a liar.

The only problem is you are wrong, on both counts.
